Christchurch Domains Board and Christchurch City Empowering Bill I have the honour to report that the Lands Committee has considered the Christchurch Domains Board and Christchurch City Empowering Bill, and recommends that, so far as it affects the rights and prerogatives of the Crown, the Bill be allowed to proceed without further amendment. 6th August, 1946.
Christchurch City Empowering Bill (No. 2) I have the honour to report that the Lands Committee has considered the Christchurch City Empowering Bill (No. 2), and recommends, so far as the Bill affects a public reserve, that it be allowed to proceed without further amendment. 29th August, 1946.
Waimakariri Harbour Bill I have the honour to report that the Lands Committee has considered the Waimakariri Harbour Bill, and recommends, so far as the Bill affects the rights and prerogatives of the Crown or v public Reserves, that it be allowed to proceed without further amendment. 11th September, 1946.
Wairoa Harbour Board Bill I have the honour to report that the Lands Committee has carefully considered the Wairoa Harbour Board Bill, and recommends, so far as it affects public reserves, that the Bill be allowed to proceed without further amendment. 25th September, 1946.
South Canterbury Catchment Board Bill I have the honour to report that the Lands Committee has carefully considered the South Canterbury Catchment Board Bill, and recommends, so far as the Bill affects public reserves, that it be allowed to proceed with the amendments shown on the copy of the Bill hereto attached. 25th September, 1946.
Reserves and other Lands Disposal Bill I have the honour to report that the Lands Committee has carefully considered the Reserves and other Lands Disposal Bill, and recommends that -the Bill be allowed to proceed with the amendment shown on the copy of the Bill attached hereto. Bth October, 1946.
