Special Report I have the honour to report that at its final meeting for the session the Lands Committee unanimously passed the following resolution : " That this Committee places on record its high appreciation of the able and judicial manner in which the Chairman, Mr. E. P. Meachen, has conducted the business of the Committee, and directs that the resolution be reported to the House." 11th October, 1946. D. C. Kidd, a Member of the Committee.
