[Gazette of 1878, page 1078.] Reservation of Land for the purpose of granting it to the Corporation of the Borough of Naseby.
Noemanby, Governor. ORDER IN COUNCIL. At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-third day of July, 1878. Present: His Excellence the Goveenoe in Council. In pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in him by the three hundred and fiftieth section of "The Municipal Corporations Act, 1876," and upou the request of the Borough of Naseby, His Excellency the Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the Colony of New Zealand, doth hereby order that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby reserved out of the waste lands of the Provincial District of Otago, for the purpose of granting the same to the Corporation of the Borough of Naseby.
SCHEDULE. All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Otago, containing by admeasurement one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five (1,925) acres three (3) roods and thirty-five (35) poles, more or less, being Sections numbered respectively one (1), two (2), three (3), four (4), five (5), thirteen (13), and fourteen (14), Block three (HI.), Kyeburn Survey District; and Sections numbered respectively four (4s), five (5), and six (6), Block two (II.), Swinburn Survey District. Bounded towards the North by Crown land ; towards the East by Crown lands ; towards the South by a road line; towards the West by Sections numbered 3 and 2, Block 11., Swinburn Survey District; again towards the North by Sections numbered 11 and 12, Block 111., Kyeburn Survey District; again towards the West, North-west, and West by said Section numbered 12, and Section numbered 6, said block and district; again towards the South by said Section numbered 6, Section numbered 7, said block and district, and a road line ; and again towards the West by a road line. In pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in him by the three hundred and fiftieth section of" The Municipal Corporations Act, 1876," and upon the request of the Borough of NorthEast Valley, His Excellency the Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the Colony of New Zealand, doth hereby order that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby reserved out of the waste lands of the Provincial District of Otago, for the purpose of granting the same to the Corporation of the Borough of North-East Valley.
SCHEDULE. All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Otago, containing by admeasurement five hundred and fifty-six (556) acres, more or less, being Section numbered six (6), Block three (III.), Waipori Survey District. Bounded towards the North by Section No. 5 of said block; towards the East by Crown lands; towards the South by Section No. 7 ; and towards the West by a road line. At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-third day of July, 1878. Present: His Excellency the Goveenoe in Council. In pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in him by the three hundred and fiftieth section of " The Municipal Corporations Act, 1876," and upon the request of the Borough of Onehunga, His Excellency the Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the Colony of New Zealand, doth hereby order that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby reserved out of the waste lands of the Provincial District of Auckland, for the purpose of granting the same to the Corporation of the Borough of Onehunga.
