Hill, His Excellency the Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the Colony of New Zealand, doth hereby order that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby reserved out of the waste lands of the Provincial District of Otago, for the purpose of granting the same ta the Corporation of the Borough of Maori Hill.

SCHEDULE. All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Otago, containing by admeasurement five hundred and fifty-six (556) acres, more or less, being sections numbered four (4), of Block six (VI.), and eight (8) of Block five (V.), Waipori Survey District. Bounded on the North by Sections No. 10, Block IL, and No. 3, Block 111., of same district; on the East by section No. 5, Block VI., of said district; on the South by a road line; and on the West by a road line. Foestee Goeing, Clerk of the Executive Council.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-third day of July, 1878. Present: His Excellency the Governoe in Council. In pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in him by the three hundred and fiftieth section of " The Municipal Corporations Act, 1876," and upon the request of the Borough of Milton, His Excellency the Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the Colony of New Zealand, doth hereby order that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby reserved out of the waste lands of the Provincial District of Otago, for the purpose of granting the same to the Corporation of the Borough of Milton.

SCHEDULE. All that area in the Provincial District of Otago, containing by estimation two thousand (2,000) acres, more or less, situate in the Table Hill Survey District, being Sections numbered respectively 38 and 39, Block VI., Sections 30, 31, 32, 33, and 35, Block V., Table Hill Survey District, part of Run No. 52b, and Crown lands. Bounded towards the North by a line due east and west from the west branch of the Tokomairiro River to the east branch of said river, the said line being four thousand four hundred (4400) links due north of and parallel to the northern boundaries of Blocks V. and VI. aforesaid; towards the South-east by the east branch of the Tokomairiro River and a road line forming the south-eastern boundaries of Sections 38 and 39, Block VI., and Sections 30 and 31, Block V., Table Hill District aforesaid; towards the South-west by a road line forming the south-west boundary of Section 35, Block V., aforesaid: and towards the West and South by the west branch of the Tokomairiro River Bush Reserve, Section 34, Block V., aforesaid; and again by the west branch of Tokomairiro River to the starting point; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plans in the Survey Office, Dunedin. All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Hawke's Bay, containing by admeasurement two thousand (2,000) acres, more or less, and situate in Block VI., Woodville Survey District, and Block IX., Tahoraite Survey District. Bounded towards the North and East by the Oringi Waiaruhe Block ; towards the South by the Ahuaturanga Block and Sections Nos. 45 and 44; and towards the West by the public road from Woodville to Napier: as the same is delineated on the plans deposited in the Provincial District Survey Office, Napier, Foestee Goeing, Clerk of the Executive Council.
