SCHEDULE. All that parcel of land containing by admeasurement one thousand (1,000) acres, more or less, and being Section three (3), Block five (V.), Punikatere Survey District. Bounded on the North by a Native Reserve and the Punikatere River, eleven thousand seven hundred (11700) links ; on the East by a line and a reserve, nine thousand three hundred (9300) links ; on the South by lines, nine thousand four hundred (9400) links; and on the West by Section 2 of aforesaid Block five (V.), thirteen thousand seven hundred (13700) links: excepting the portions set apart for Native reserves. At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-third day of July, 1878. Present: His Excellency the Governoe in Council. In pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in him by the three hundred and fiftieth section of " The Municipal Corporations Act, 1876," and upon the request of the Borough of Palmerston, His Excellency the Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the Colony of New Zealand, doth hereby order that the land described in tho Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby reserved out of the waste lands of the Provincial District of Otago, for the purpose of granting the same to the Corporation of" the Borough of Palmerston.
SCHEDULE. All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Otago, containing by admeasurement one thousand five hundred and twenty-six (1,526) acres and twenty-nine (29) poles, more or less, being Sections numbered respectively twenty-five (25), forty-three (43), forty-four (44), forty-five (45), and forty-six (16), Waihemo Survey District. Bounded towards the North-east by Crown lands and the Waianakarua River; towards the South-east by Section No. 26; towards the South-west by Sections numbered respectively 29, 30, and 31; and towards the West by Sections Nos. 14 and 39, Waihemo Survey District. In pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in him by the three hundred and fiftieth section of " The Municipal Corporations Act, 1876," aud upon the request of the Borough of Parnell, His Excellency the Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the Colony of New Zealand, doth hereby order that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby reserved out of the waste lands of the Provincial District of Auckland, for the purpose of granting the same to the Corporation of the Borough of Parnell.
