SCHEDULE. All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Otago, containing by admeasurement three hundred (300) acres, more or less. Bounded on the Xorth by land proposed as an endowment for East Invercargill, eight thousand four hundred (8400) links ; on the East by land proposed as an endowment for Avenal, three thousand five hundred and seventy-two (3572) links ; on the South by a road line, eight thousand four hundred (8400) links ; and on the West by a road line, three thousand five hundred and seventy-two (3572) links ; be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-third day of July, 1878. Present: His Excellency the Governor in Council. In pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in him by the three hundred and fiftieth section of " The Municipal Corporations Act, 1876," and upon the request of the Borough of Lawrence, His Excellency the Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the Colony of New Zealand, doth hereby order that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby reserved out of the waste lands of the Provincial District of Otago, for the purpose of granting the same to the Corporation of the Borough of Lawrence.

SCHEDULE. All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Otago, containing by admeasurement nine hundred and ninety-nine (999) acres three (3) roods, more or less, being Sections numbered respectively one (1), two (2), and three (3), Block ten (X.), and Sections fifteen (15) and sixteen (16), Block eight (VIII.), Tuapeka West Survey District. Bounded towards the North by Bush Reserve, Block IX., Tuapeka West District; towards the South-east by a road line ; towards the South-west and West by Mining Reserve and a road line ; again towards the North by Section numbered 13, Block VIII., Tuapeka West District; and again towards the West by said Section numbered 13. In pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in him by the three hundred and fiftieth section of "The Municipal Corporations Act, 1876," and upon the request of the Borough of Mornington, His Excellency the Governor, by and with the advice and consent of tho Executive Council of the Colony of New Zealand, doth hereby order that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby reserved out of the waste lands of the Provincial District of Otago, for the purpose of granting the same to the Corporation of the Borough of Mornington.
