SCHEDULE. All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Otago, containing by admeasurement thirty-six (36) acres two (2) roods and two (2) poles, more or less, being Sections numbered one (1), two (2), three (3), four (1), and five (5), of Block ten (X.), Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District. Bounded towards the North by Section No. 50, Wakari Survey District, one thousand six hundred and fifty-three and six-tenths (16536) links; towards the North-East by Section No. 21, of Wakari Survey District, six thousand five hundred (6500) links ; towards the South by Section No. 6 of Block X., Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District, nine hundred and ninety-five and one-tenth (9954) links; again towards the North-east by said Section No. 6 and Section No. 7 of said block, one thousand six hundred and fifty-six and nine-tenths (1656-9) links ; again towards the South by a road line, two thousand seven hundred and eighty (2780) links; and towards the West by a road line, three thousand four hundred and fifty-three (3453) links. And also all that other parcel of land in the said district, containing by admeasurement twentyfive (25) acres two (2) roods and eleven (11) poles, more or less, being Sections numbered eight (8), nine (9), ten (10), and eleven (11), of the said block. Bounded towards the North-east by a road line and by Section No. 1, of Wakari Survey District, four thousand two hundred and sixty (4260) links; towards the South by a road line, four thousand two hundred and fifty (4250) links ; and towards the North-west by Section No. 7of said block, one thousand one hundred and thirty (1130) links.- be all the aforesaid linkages more or less ; as the same is delineated on the plans deposited in the Provincial District Survey Office, Dunedin. Normanby, Governor. ORDER IN COUNCIL. At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-third day of July, 1878. Present: His Excellency the Governor in Council. In pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in him by the three hundred and fiftieth section of " The Municipal Corporations Act, 1876," and upon the request of the Borough of Arrowtown, His Excellency the Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the Colony of New Zealand, doth hereby order that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby reserved out of the waste lands of the Provincial District of Otago for the purpose of granting the same to the Corporation of the Borough of Arrowtown.

Bounded towards the North-west and North by Bush Creek; towards the East by Sections numbered 16 and 8, Block XVIII., Shotover Survey District; towards the South by Sections numbered 11, Block XVIII., Shotover Survey District, Sections numbered 21, 14, 13, a road line, Sections numbered 15 and 16, Block XVII, Shotover Survey District, and part of Block VI., said district; towards the South-west by a branch of Hayes' Creek; and towards the North-west by a right line bearing N. 45° E. from said creek to Bush Creek.
