A BIG CLUB.
The Cyclists’ Touring Club, Manchester, has about 44,000 members, or 11,000 more than last year. After a.great deal of hard work the council has been able to issue road books for the whole of Great Britain. One of the essential principles of the club is that details of roads all over the country should be placed in the hands of every member.
