BRITISH IMMIGRANTS SOUGHT (Rec. 9.30) JOHANNESBURG, Mar. 23 The National Federation of Master Builders is sending a representative to London on April 9 to select in conjunction with the South African Immigration Council, 3000 building artisans for emigration to South Africa in 1948 and arrange the further migration to the Union of 3000 artisans a year for the ensuing four years. This would double South Africa’s force of building workers.
