ALLEGATION DENIED.

ITALIAN AMBULANCE PLANE. LONDON, October 20. The evidence of the pilot and bis camera provide direct refutation of the Vichy and Rome statement that a British airman destroyed an Italian ambulance plane on the Jibuti aerodrome. The Royal Air Force has destroyed only one plane recently at Jibuti, and on that occasion the pilot particularly examined its marking, first at a medium altitude and later from a distance of 20 feet, from which height lie subsequently destroyed it. The pilot could not seen any Red Cross markings on the plane, and none is available on any air photographs taken before the attack.—British Official Wireless.
