GERMANY DOMINANT POWER. THE ATTITUDE OF BRITAIN. (United Press Association—Copyright.) (Received This Day, 9,10 a.m.) LONDON, November 1. The Prime Minister (Mr Chamberlain), speaking in tho House of Commons, said: “Germany geographically must occupy a dominant position in Central and South-eastern Europe. She does do so now, Wle don’t wish to block Germany from these countries or to encircle her economically. We intend to maintain our own interests there.”
