CONSULTATION WITH DOMINIONS CONSTANT COMMUNICATION. (United Press Association —Copyright.) (Received This Day, 10.20 a.m.) LONDON, November 1. The Secretary of State for the Dominions (Mr Malcolm MacDonald) said that in accordance with the decision of the Imperial Conference, the Dominion Governments were constantly informed by telegraph of the Government’s foreign policy and the information at its disposal. As an indication of the development of the system, Mr MacDonald said that 398 circular telegrams dealing with foreign affairs had been sent to the Dominions in 1938, of which 150 were in September. He added that no action would be taken without consultation with the Dominions where consultations would be proper.
