THE RAKAIA CLUB. PRESENTATION OF TROPHIES.

The Rakaia Miniature Riifle dub closed its season with a. match, President’s team versus Captain’s team, the former winning by 623 to 613. At the supper which followed, the president (Mr R. A. Oakley) complimented, members on their fine record for tlie season, the team .having come through unbeaten. The club championship' went to H. Cromie, who received the S'. Bryant Challenge Cup and a case.of teaspoons. The runnerup was R. A. 'Oakljey, who received the Garrigan trophy. D. Stewart won the senior handicap aggregate and the R. A. Oakley trophy, the runner-up being G. Cromie,, who received the Turner and, Leßrun, trophy. Thje Tisclall RosebouvJ. Avent to E. Stewart as Avinner of the junior handicap aggregate, the runner-up being R. Knox. Tlie Rev. D . B. Ashford Avon the Col - gan hotty-button trophy, and H. Cromie the Possible Cup and the trophy far the most consecutive hulls. He also Avon the Match; Championship. The twelve competitions A\-ero Avon as follows: R. Morriss, 0. Cook, R. Knox, G. Cromie, H. Doak, S. Wilson, T. Duncan, H. Cromie, C. Cook, ID. B. Ashford, W. McAnulty, H. .Craig. The County Shield and the Garrigan Shield wore both retained by the Club.
