LATE SPORTING
* ATHLETICS. ASHBURTON HIGH SCHOOL. BOYS’ ANNUAL SPORTS. With the track in excellent order, and ideal weather prevailing, the Ashburton High School hoys hold their annual sports at the Domain Oval this afternoon. The fairly strong north-west which blow in the latter part of the morning died down before •the sports commenced and the events were run off in first-class conditions. Most of (he events were full of interest and the good attendance of spectators was treated to a good display of athletics. An attractive drill display was given by the senior girls of the school.
