LAUNCHING OF NEW CUNARDER. (United Press Association—Copyright.) LONDON, September 26. Immediately after Mr Chamberlain’s audience with the King, the following announcement was made from Buckingham Palace: “At the request pf Mr Chamberlain, the King lias cancelled his journey to Glasgow to-night. The Queen, accompanied by the Princesses, will carry out the programme as arranged, both for the visit to the Empire Exhibition and for launching the Queen Elizabeth. In the evening Her Majesty will return to Balmoral for a short period.
