JAPAN AND AUSTRALIAN TRADE. (United Pres 3 Association —Copyright.) TOKIO, September 18. The Domei News Agency states that Japan’s trade negotiations with Australia have reached a deadlock. Japan’s counter-proposals were found not acceptable by Australia.
