FIGHTING BETWEEN SOLDIERS.
INSULTING GESTURES RESENTED
(United Press Association—Copyright.) (Received This Day, 12.5 p.m.) SHANGHAI, September 18. Fighting, including the- fixing of shots, occurred between Chinese and Japanese at Fengtai. It is stated that Chinese guards made insulting gestures as Japanese troops were passing the Chinese barracks. The situation is tense.
