CREDIT BY FRAUD.
SENTENCE FOR SECOND OFFENCE (Per Fress Association.) WANGANTJI, July 27. Albert Frederick Clarke was sentenced to three months’ imprisonment for obtaining credit by fraud from a Wanganui boardinghouse proprietor, and. one month for theft from a letter of £1 at Waverley, which was forwarded there by mistake, and taken delivery of by accused, w'ho had only just been released, from prison, after serving three months on another credit ,by fraud charge.
