GUILTY OF BURGLARY.

A burglary dating back to February 6, when the warehouse of Burgess, Fraser and Compahy, Ltd., was entered was recalled in the Magistrate’s Court to-day, when a mechanic, James Bernard Lawless, aged: 28, was charged with breaking and entering the premises and removing tobacco and cigarettes valued at £320. At the; close of long police evidence regarding his movements at the time of the burglary, Lawless indicated that he wished to plead guilty and was committed to ting Supreme Court, Auckland, for sentence.
