Martial law has been proclaimed and a military parade that was to have been held to-morrow in honour of the King’s birthday has been cancelled in consequence of the discovery of an anti-Government plot, organised by Colonel Yeltcheff (Republican leader) with the co-operation of the Agrarians. Colonel Yeltcheff and At. Todoroff (exAlinister of Finance) have been arrested.

A British United Press,, correspondent says that the plotters hoped to deihione the King.
