At the wool sales 9121 bales were offered, including 5131 New Zealand, and about 6780 Australian and' New Zealand were sold 1 . There were a number of withdrawals, chiefly slipes. There was brisk Continental and Bradford bidding. . Nero Zealand scoured mennos, Haidon, sold up £b 23d, with an average of 21fd; greasy crossbred, N in. Circle, 9£d and Bd.
