PLUNKET ORATORY CONTEST (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, June 16. K. G. Tahiwi, speaking on "Henry VIII.," Avon the Victoria University College Plunket Medal oratory contest. Presenting the trophy, Mr H. E. O'Leary, K.C., said: "This is the first time a representative of the Maori race has wen the medal."
