THE ASHBURTON CLUB. Women members of the Ashburton Lawn Tennis Club entertained their friends on the club’s courts yesterday. A doubles tournament w r as played and was won by Miss J. Lane, Mrs E. B. Condell and Miss R. Doalt, who tied for first place with four wins each. Mrs F. W. Seldon presented the trophies. TEAMS FOR TO-MORROW.
