ARMISTICE DAY.
CELEBRATION IN LONDON. (United Press Association—Copyright.) * (Received This Day, 11.40 a.m.) LONDON, Oct. 29. Arrangements. for the celebration of Armistice Day have been completed. According • to present arrangements the King will attend the central celebrations at the Cenotaph at Whitehall. Shortly before the service begins the King and the Duke of York will lay wreaths at the base of the Memorial. Wreaths will subsequently he laid on behalf of other members of the Royal Family and the Governments of the United Kingdom, the Dominions, India, Colonies and Protectorates, and on behalf of the Services. Two minutes’ silence at eleven a.m. will, as usual, precede the service, and the silence will be ended with the sQunding of the “Last Post.” A short service will bring the ceremony to a close.—British Official Wireless. *
