;—: DAIRY FACTORY CASE. (Per Press Association.) NEW PLYMOUTH, April 4. Reserved judgment was delivered by Mr Justice Reed this morning in the dairy factory case, ini the action hrought by Thomas Leary to recover interest upon capital invested in a company. His Honour stated that the company by the alteration of the articles deprived dlry shareholders of the right to 5 per cent, interest on ordinary shares. Plaintiff was granted an order on the ground that tho substituted article was null and void, and that he should receive payment in ac .ordance with the original article. 1 Plaintiff was allowed costs.
