INQUIRY fO BE COMPLETE. (Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, April 4. Following the closing of the Paparoa Cottage Hospital as a result of three or four cases of maternal mortality, which are believed to be due to septicaemia, a meeting of the Kaipara Hospital Board ,was held to-day. The meeting was attended by Dr. R. A. Shaw, of the head office of the Health Department in Wellington, who is to make an investigation of the conditions at the hospital. The Minister of Health, the Hon. A. J. Stallworthy, stated to-day that the Government would spare no endeavour to see that a complete investigation was made into the affairs of the hospital. He could make no comment on the position until, the report of Dr. Shaw had Been received.
