UNUSUAL FOOTBALL.
PLAY BY ELECTRIC LIGHT. (Special to the “Guardian.") AUCKLAND, June 10. Owing to the first local Chatham Cup tie requiring extra time to decide the winner because the scores were level when the bell rang, the succeeding game did not terminate till 5.30 at Blandford Park on Saturday, electric light enabling the players to complete it without inconvenience.
