The stalling of an aeroplane engine caused a slight accident at the Sockburn aerodrome this morning. Captain Findlay was flying in .an Avro instructional machine, and his pupil was Cadet Jenkins. The engine failed, and as a hedge was looming up in front it was necessary to make a forced landing to avoid a more serious accident. Captain Findlay sustained a slight cut over one eye.
