HIGHBANK.
-/ ■< i We have had a very changeable week, the wind playing havoc with stacks, etc., last Saturday being the climax. On Saturday night the wind dropped, and we then had rain till day Sunday. The wheat crops have turned out slightly above the average, but tho oat crops arc not so good as last year.
