DAIRY PRODUCE OUTPUT.
WELLINGTON, October 18, A few days ago the Prime Minister indicated that there was a possibility of the Board of Trade purchasing New Zealand's entire output of dairy produce during the coming season, 4n the same way as meat is already beifig acquired. Mr Ma-ssp.y stated -to-day that ho had not heard from the Imperial authorities concerning the proposed commandeering of cheese, and that, he thought it could now .bo taken for granted "that the Beard of Trade had abandoned the idea for this season.
