A Berlin official wireless message asserts that the Central Powers occupy 70,312 square miles of foreign territory, while the Allies occupy only 4281 square miles. • The total .number of prisoners of war in Germany and Austria is 1,695,400, and the Central Powers have also captured 7000 cannon, and 3000 machjno guns. •
