The Rome correspondent of the "Echo do Paris" states that owing to tho Italian successes, the Aiistrians have resumed the fortification of Vienna, which was stopped when'the Russians left Galicia. ■ ■■'■ -ROME, August, 2. The Alpini, overcoming extraordinary difficulties, surprised several Austrian positions north of Condino and along the Ponale Valley, preparatory to an attack on Riva.
