Official.—Large German reinforcements from France to the Russian front began in the fourth week of July, when General Mackensen's army wassevorely hustled in the Vicprz Valley and owing to the battles on. the Narew being long-drawn. This creates favourable " conditions for iho Allies' I-operations in the west.
