NEW PARTY PROBABLE
COPENHAGEN, July 24
The German Socialists are arranging a meeting, at Berlin to formulate the party's policy. The- newspapers indicate the creation of a new party, which Dr. Liebknecht, Bernstein, Hoose, and' Kauthky will join, to oppose the SociaTDemocratiot group. The incident is creating much interest in Germany.
