(Received January 12, 9.40 a.m.) LONDON, January 11. ,The "Methodist ; Times" says the Government must obtain a satisfactory declaration from ihe Papacy whether j the recent decree prohibiting the suing of Catholic clergy in secular courts without permission of the bead of the Church is applicable to Ireland. It was impossible, to accept Archbishop Walsh's statement as the final word.
