Per Press Association—Oopyrignt. (Received January 12, 9.40 a.m.) ST. PETERSBURG, January 11. The steamer Russ, with 172 passengers on board, has been lost during a gale in the Black Sea. Carl Ariuseff, the Russian Consul at Galatz, and family, were aboard.
