Per Press Association. / ' DUNEDIN, June 22. ■Mr Justice Williams has been engaged all day in hearing the motion of ■the. -■ Council of the Law Society of Otago and Southland, that a rule nisi should be granted by the Court, calling: upon F. Z. and W. L. Moore, solicitors^ to answer allegations contained in an affidavit, and to show cause -why their names should not be Struck" off the roll.
