■_« v-; Per Press Association. ': * WELLINGTON, June 22. In" the early part of 1908 a man named John Usher was convicted at Auckland on charges of burglary, and sentenced to five years. He escaped -from the Waiotapu camp, and no trace could be found of him in New Zealand. His finger-prints and a description of the man were sent to Scotland Yard. Recently a series of burglaries ; was committed at Bournemouth, England, and on the man being arrested, s a" comparison of his finger-prints with ■.those sent from New Zaeland pointed to him as TJsher.
