Ordered, " That a Select Committee be appointed, consisting of ten members, to consider all matters pertaining to agricultural and pastoral industries and stock which may be referred to it; with power to confer and sit together with any similar Committee which may be appointed by the Legislative Council, and to agree to a joint or separate report: the Committee to consist of Mr. Burnett, Mr. Coleman, Mr. Kyle, Mr. Langstone, Mr. Lye, Mr. W. W. Massev, Mr. Poison, Mr. Reid, Mr. Savage, and the mover." —(Hon. Mr. Macmillan.) Wednesday, the Bth Day of November, 1933. Ordered, "That Paper No. 112—Wool-improvement in the Dominion : Statement by the Prime Minister (Right Honourable Mr. Forbes) —be referred to the Agricultural and Pastoral Committee."—(Right Hon. Ordered, " That the Standing Orders relating to Local Bills be suspended so as to allow the Auckland Metropolitan Milk Bill to be introduced and to be proceeded with and passed through all its stages in accordance with the procedure prescribed for Public Bills instead of that prescribed for Local Bills." —(Mr. Endean.)
