burgh, His Excellency the Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the Colony of New Zealand, doth hereby order that the Land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby reserved out of the waste lands of the Provincial District of Otago, for the purpose of granting the same to the Corporation of the Borough of Roxburgh.
SCHEDULE. All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Otago, containing by admeasurement one thousand three hundred and fifty (1,350) acres and twenty-four (24) poles, more or less, being Sections numbered respectively eight (8), nine (9), ten (10), eleven (11), thirteen (13), and sixteen (16), Block seventeen (XVIL), Crookston Survey District. Bounded towards the North by Section 1, Block VI. ; towards the East by Sections 20 and 21, Block IV. ; towards the South by Section 12, Block XVII.; again towards the East by Sections 12 and 17 ; again towards the South by a road line ; towards the West by Section 3, Block XIII., and Section 14, Block XVIL ; towards the North by a road line ; again towards the West by a road line; again towards the South by Sections 7, 6, 5, and 4 ; and again towards the West by Section 1, Block VI.. Noemanby, Governor. ORDER IN COUNCIL. At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-third day of July, 1878. Present: His Excellency the Governor in Council. In pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in him by the three hundred and fiftieth section of " The Municipal Corporations Act, 1876," and upon the request of the Borough of Roslyn, His Excellency the Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the Colony of New Zealand, doth hereby order that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby reserved out of the waste lands of the Provincial District of Otago, for the purpose of granting the same to the Corporation of the Borough of Roslyn.
SCHEDULE. Bounded towards the North-west and North by a road line, and Section No. 9of said block ; towards the East by Section No. 3of Block 111., Waipori Survey District; on the South by Section No. 8, Block V., of said district; and towards the West by a road line.
