Normanby, Governor. ORDER IN COUNCIL. At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-third day of July, 1878. Present: His Excellency the Governor in Council. In pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in him by the three hundred and fiftieth section of " The Municipal Corporations Act, 1876," and upon the request of the Borough of South Dunedin, His Excellency the Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the Colony of New Zealand, doth hereby order that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby reserved out of the waste lands of the Provincial District of Otago, for the purpose of granting the same to the Corporation of the Borough of South Dunedin. SCHEDULE. All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Otago, containing by admeasurement seven hundred and forty-four (744) acres, more or less, being Section numbered five (5), Block five (V.), Waipori Survey District. Bounded towards the North by Section No. 4of said block ; towards the East by a road line; tow rards the South by a road line; towards the West by Commonage Creek and Section No. 3 of said block. At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-third day of July, 1878. Present: His Excellency the Governor in Council. In pursuance and exercise of the powers and authority vested in him by the three hundred and fiftieth section of " The Municipal Corporations Act, 1876," and upon the request of the Borough of Green Island, His Excellency the Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the Colony of New Zealand, doth hereby order that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby reserved out of the waste lands of the Provincial District of Otago, for the purpose of granting the same to the Corporation of the Borough of Green Island.
SCHEDULE. All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Otago, containing by admeasurement four hundred and eighty-eight (188) acres, more or less, being Section numbered seven (7), Block three (III.), of the Waipori Survey District. Bounded on the North by Section No. 6of the said block ; on the East by Crown lands ; on the South by Crown lands ; and on the West by a road line. Forster Goring, Clerk of the Executive Council.

Noemanby, Governor. ORDER IN COUNCIL. At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-third day of July, 1878. Present: His Excellency the Goveenor in Council. In pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in him by the three hundred and fiftieth section of " The Municipal Corporations Act, 1876," and upon the request of the Borough of Hokitika, His Excellency the Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the Colon}'- of New Zealand, doth hereby order that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby reserved out of the waste lands of the Provincial District of Westland, for the purpose of granting the same to the Corporation of the Borough of Hokitika.
SCHEDULE. One thousand eight hundred (1,800) acres, more or less, situate in the Totara District. Bounded on the North-eastward by the Road Reserve along the Kokatahi River; on the South-eastward by the G.F. Line Road ; on the South-westward by the G.K. Line Road ; and on the North-westward by the G.D. Line Road ; and numbered 163 (in red): exclusive of road and gravel reserves. Foestee Goeing, Clerk of the Executive Council. 2.—0. 6.
