Return to an Order of the House of Representatives, dated Bth August, 1930. Ordered, " That there be laid before this House a return showing—(l) The areas under tobacco-leaf in the Dominion during each of the years 1925-26 to 1929-30, inclusive ; (2) the production of tobacco-leaf in each provincial district during the same period ; (3) the total value of tobacco-leaf produced and sold in the Dominion during the same period ; (4) the total number of tobacco-growers in each provincial district for the same period." —(Mr. Black.)
