Final Report. I have the honour to report that the Native Affairs Committee held its final meeting on Tuesday, the 4th November, 1924. During the session the Committee held 41 meetings, the average attendance of members at each meeting being 9. Including 114 petitions brought forward from former sessions, the Committee, had before it 226 petitions. Of these, 185 were fully considered and reported on; the remaining 43 are unavoidably held over. The following Bills were referred and duly considered and reported on, viz. : Native Trustee Amendment Bill, Native Land Rating Bill, Native Land Amendment and Native Land Claims Adjustment Bill.
