REDUCTIONS IN RATES AND CHARGES MADE BY THE RAILWAY COMMISSIONERS.

Return to an Order of the House of Representatives dated Ist September, 1892. Ordered, " That a return be laid before this House showing the reductions in rates and charges made by the Eailway Commissioners since they were appointed, with explanations regarding the operation of the same." —(Mr. Buchanan.)
