KNITTING EVENING

The Hamilton High School Old Girls’ Association held its first knitting evening this year on Wednesday at the home of Miss Ruth Carbon. The room was a blaze of colour with bowls of red African daisies and dahlias. Several completed garments, for small children were handed in. Those present were:—Mesdames J. Sullivan, D. Boyt, E. Brown, Misses C. Hogg, Nora Dickie, N. Hartil, Ruth Carbon, Rosalie Seddon, Barbara Hill, Dorothy Robertson, Eileen and Dorothy Bogue, Rae Muir, Marion McKinnon, Mollie King, Doreen Dingle.
