MANAGER SENTENCED

THEFT AND FORGERY LIVING BEYOND MEANS (By Telegraph.--Press Association) DUNEDIN, Friday Albert Garnet Anderson, manager of a finance and agency company, was sentenced to reformative detention for six months on charges of theft and forgery. On a charge of attempted suicide he was ordered to come up for sentence within a year if called on. Counsel said that prisoner had been drinking and living beyond his means. He was a qualified solicitor and must necessarily be struck off the roll.
