PRISON SENTENCE

BREACH OF PROBATION Ray Hoskir., labourer, of Horotiu, was sentenced to seven days’ imprisonment by Mr W. H. Freeman. S.M., for a breach of his probation in the Magistrate’s Court, Hamilton, today. The police showed that Hoskin had been admitted to probation at New Plymouth on April 28, 1941, but he had not complied with the terms, and had left the district.
