MAN DIES ©F WOUNDS TWO OTHERS RECOVERING (United Press Assn. —Elec. Tei. copyright) (Received Feb. 13, 11 a.m.) SYDNEY, Feb. 13 The soldier, Samuel Plumb, aged 25. who was shot by a sentry on a Sydney beach on Monday, has died, and the man and the woman who were also injured are recovering. There is no further reported development in the dispute between the police and the military regarding the sentry’s powers and the pcXce right to intervene.
