LANCE-BOMBARDIER LUKS ! FORMERLY OF HAMILTON I Included in the list of casualties reported yesterday was LanceI Bombadier Ernest Albert Luks, who was killed in action. Lance-Bombadier Luks was well known in the Waikato, having been employed with the firm of E. N. Valintine in 1925 and 1926. Before then he resided in the Raglan district. He went to England some years ago and enlisted in the New Zealand Expeditionary Force in London. GUNNER LICHTWARK Gunner J. W. Lichtwark, who is aged 23, was educated at the Otorohanga Primary School. After farming in the Otorohanga and Te Aroha districts for some time, he was employed by the Railway Department at Auckland, where he was working up to the time of his entering camp.
