MEMBERS FAREWELLED

ST. VINCENT DE PAUL SOCIETY The members of the Women’s Auxiliary.. of St. Vincent De Paul Society met on Wednesday morning at the Centreway Rooms to bid farewell to Mrs J. W. Connell, who is shortly leaving Hamilton to reside in New Plymouth. Mrs W. F. Davis, president of the auxiliary, referred to the excellent work done by Mrs Connell for the society during the time she had been in Hamilton, and on behalf of the members, asked her to accept a small token of appreciation with their good wishes for the future. Mrs Connell suitably responded. Among those present were:—Mesdames Davis, Prendergast, Stapleton. White.

Misses McMullin. McGarrigle and Roche.
